Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on May 5, 2025, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing hospital health care occupancy.
This Phase 1 Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations on the ground floor for a minor rework of the Morgue and the services provided with the Morgue; limited to Storage Room 003, Corridor 006, Storage Room 004 and Morgue Cooler Room 005.

This is a four-story, Type II (222), fire resistive structure, with a penthouse and a basement, which is fully sprinklered.
