Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on February 8, 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing hospital health care occupancy.
This Phase 1 Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to install a temporary mobile MRI Unit with canvas enclosure, while existing MRI replacement is in progress.

This is a four-story, Type II (222), fire resistive structure, with a penthouse and a basement, which is fully sprinklered.
