Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on March 18, 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing hospital health care occupancy.
This onsite final occupancy survey was conducted for revisions to alterations to replace air handing units for the South Wing. Work to be completed so as there will be no interruption to services. Revisions included sprinkler shop drawings.

This is a six story, Type II (222), fire resistive building, that is partially sprinklered.
