Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on May 15, 2025, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing acute and ambulatory health care occupancy.
This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to convert an office to an exam room and an exam room to a Class 1 ultrasound imaging room on the first floor. Refer to drawing number H-25-0412 (original).
This is a three-story, Type II (222), protected, non-combustible building, that is fully sprinklered.
