Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on February 1, 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing acute and ambulatory health care occupancy.
This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to replace two air handlers on a first floor roof and a third floor roof. A new chiller is being provided. Refer to drawing numbers H-21-0744 (original), H-22-0489 (revision), and H-23-0464 (revision).
This is a three-story, Type II (222), protected, non-combustible building, that is fully sprinklered.
