Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on March 5, 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing health care occupancy.
This final Occupancy Survey was conducted for replacement of the existing Interventional Radiology system with a new Siemens System. Refer to Drawing Number H-23-0770 and H-23-0884.
This is an eight story, Type II (000), unprotected, noncombustible building, that is fully sprinklered.
