Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on January 17, 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing Hospital health care occupancy.
This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for Alterations to upgrade and replace lab equipment which is in the main hospital campus lab department.
Areas Inspected: ER Lab and UPS room.
Refer to Drawing Number H-23-0919.
This is a four story, Type II (222), fire resistive construction, with a basement, which is partially sprinklered.
