Initial Comments:
An offsite follow-up survey conducted on September 7, 2022, found that Brightstar Care of North Bucks County and Lansdale, had corrected the following deficiencies cited under 28 Pa. Code, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart G. Chapter 601. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a re-licensure survey completed on June 22, 2022.
