Based on a Relicensure Survey completed on February 12, 2024, at St. Luke's Endoscopy Center-Twin Rivers, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified under the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an exisiting Ambulatory health care occupancy.
This is a one story, Type III (200), unprotected, ordinary building, that is fully sprinklered.
