Based on a Relicensure Survey completed on April 12, 2023, at West Shore Endoscopy Center, Llc, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified under the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing ambulatory health care occupancy.
This is a three-story, Type V (000), unprotected wood frame structure, with a basement, which is fully sprinklered.
