Initial Comments:
Based on the findings of an unannounced onsite home health care agency state re-licensure and follow-up survey conducted 8/14/23, Blue Mountain Home Health Care Inc, corrected the deficiencies cited as a result of follow-up survey conducted 6/15/23 & 6/16/23 and was found to be in compliance with the requirements of 28 Pa. Code, Part IV, Health facilities, Subpart G. Chapter 601.
