Based on a revisit to a Relicensure Survey completed on November 21, 2023, it was determined that Penn Highlands Connellsville was in substantial compliance with the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing health care occupancy.
This is a three-story, Type II (222), fire resistive building, with basement, that is partially sprinklered.
