Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on March 20, 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing health care occupancy.
This onsite final occupancy inspection was conducted for alterations to remove the water-based sprinkler system for the Data Center at Geisinger Community Medical Center and install a new Clean Agent System. 3rd floor.
Final approval is exclusive to the 3rd floor, Clean Agent System only.
Refer to drawing index numbers H-24-0018.
This is a nine story, Type II (222), fire resistive building, with a basement, that is fully sprinklered
