Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on February 22, 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing health care occupancy.
This Phase I (of II) Occupancy Survey was conducted for temporary Mammography relocation. Refer to Drawing Index H-23-0828.
This is a six story, Type II (222), fire resistive building, that is fully sprinklered.
