Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on March 4, 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing hospital health care occupancy.
This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted alterations to remove anesthesia, monitor and equipment booms, in the existing Cysto OR, and relocate med gas to wall outlets; limited to removal of equipment carrier arm, monitor arm and relocate anesthesia boom assembly.

This is a five-story, Type II (222), fire resistive structure, with a penthouse and a ground floor, which is fully sprinklered.
