Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on January 14, 2025, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing hospital health care occupancy.
This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to replace existing air handling unit AHU-3.

This is a five-story, Type II (222), fire resistive structure, with a penthouse and a ground floor, which is fully sprinklered.
