Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on May 14, 2025, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing hospital health care occupancy.
This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to replace and upgrade existing rooftop AHU-12, and install new chiller units on the roof, and update existing HVAC controls.

This is a two-story, Type II (222), fire resistive structure, with a basement, which is fully sprinklered.
