Based on Two Occupancy Surveys conducted on January 16, 2024, and completed on February 8, 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing Hospital health care occupancy.
1. This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for Alterations to convert a first floor equipment storage room into a Med Prep Room and a third-floor work room into a medical equipment room.
Refer to Drawing Number: H-23-1141.
2. This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for Alterations to convert Offices to Storage Rooms on the Second and Fourth Floors.
Refer to Drawing Numbers H-23-0472 and H-24-0106 (Sprinklers).
This is a four story, Type II (222), fire resistive construction, with a partial basement, which is fully sprinklered.
