Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on December 4, 2023, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing health care occupancy.
This Occupancy Survey was conducted for replacement of the existing Nurse Call System, with a new integral code blue system. Areas upgraded to the new nurse call system included the emergency department and trauma rooms one and two located on the first floor of the Tower building. Refer to drawing Index Numbers H-23-1007.
This is a thirteen-story, Type II (222), fire resistive building, with a basement and penthouse, that is partially sprinklered.
