Based on an Occupancy Survey conducted on March 26, 2025, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing healthcare occupancy.
This Final occupancy survey was conducted for alterations to create a new cart washer and minor expansion to the decontamination and sterile processes. Refer to Drawing Index Numbers H-24-0791 and H-24-1073.
This is a thirteen-story, Type II (222), fire-resistive building, with a basement and penthouse, that is partially sprinklered.
