Based on an Initial Class B Licensure and Occupancy Survey completed on May 1, 2014, at Ppkey - Allentown, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for a new ambulatory surgical facility. Compliance with the National Fire Protection Association's Life Safety Code is required by 28 Pa Code 569.2.
This Occupancy Survey was conducted for a new one story slab on grade ABF. Refer to Drawing Numbers H-13-0916, H-13-1253, H-14-0081, H-14-0093.
This is a one story, Type II(000), unprotected noncombustible structure, which is non-sprinklered.
