Based on an Initial Class B Licensure and Occupancy Survey completed on May 5, 2014, at Ppkey - York, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for a new ambulatory health care occupancy. Compliance with the National Fire Protection Association's Life Safety Code is required by 28 Pa Code 569.2.
This Occupancy Survey was conducted for a new two-story ABF. Refer to Drawing Numbers: H-13-0919, H-13-1250, H-13-1483, H-14-0086 and H-14-0094.
This is a two-story, Type V(000) unprotected wood frame structure, which is fully sprinklered.
