This report is a result of an on-site physical plant inspection for a facility relocation request conducted on December 18, 2020 by staff from the Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs, Bureau of Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the on-site inspection, The Children ' s Service Center of Wyoming Valley, Inc. was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility. Therefore, no deficiencies were identified during this inspection and no plan of correction is required.
Since this is a physical plant inspection regarding a facility relocation, not all regulations were reviewed. The facility will be notified by a separate letter of the determination regarding the relocation request. During future inspections, all regulations will be reviewed for compliance.
