This report is a result of an onsite follow-up inspection regarding the plan of correction for the January 17, 2014 licensure renewal inspection. The follow-up inspection was conducted on September 4, 2014 by staff from the Division of Drug and Alcohol Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the follow-up inspection, James A. Casey House, Llc was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility. Therefore, no deficiencies were identified during the inspection and no plan of correction is required.
