This report is a result of a complaint investigation conducted by staff from the Division of Drug and Alcohol Program Licensure on July 28, 2008. Patient records were reviewed for transfer and discharge documentation. Discharge and transfer policies were reviewed and staff interviews conducted. Based on the findings of the on-site inspection, SOAR, Corp. was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility. Therefore, no deficiencies were identified during this inspection and no plan of correction is required.
