INITIAL COMMENTS
 
This report is a result of a complaint investigation conducted on January 5, 2009 by staff from the Division of Drug and Alcohol Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the complaint investigation, which included a review of documentation and interviews with the facility director, the allegations made against Soar Corp. were unsubstantiated.
