This report is a result of an on-site physical plant inspection following the facility's report of changes to the physical plant of the facility. The inspection was conducted on September 27, 20111 by staff from the Division of Drug and Alcohol Program Licensure. During this inspection, Drug Enforcement Administration agents were also present. Based on the findings of the physical plant inspection, SOAR Corp was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility, specifically 28 Pa. Code Subsection 705.1. Therefore, no deficiencies were identified during this inspection and no plan of correction is required. Since this was a physical plant inspection following a facility relocation, not all regulations were reviewed. During future inspections, all regulations will be reviewed for compliance.The facility will be notified that the new physical plant location is in compliance with the applicable standards.
