This report is a result of a complaint investigation conducted on April 11, 2016 by staff from the Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs, Bureau of Quality Assurance for Prevention and Treatment, Program Licensure Division. Based on the findings of the complaint investigation, the allegations against New Directions Treatment Services were unable to be substantiated. Therefore, no deficiencies were identified during this investigation and no plan of correction is required.
