This report is a result of a complaint investigation conducted on April 10, 2020, by staff from the Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs, Bureau of Quality Assurance for Prevention & Treatment. Based on the findings of the on-site inspection, New Directions Treatment Services, was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility. No deficiencies were identified during this investigation; therefore no plan of correction is required.
