INITIAL COMMENTS
 
This report is a result of an on-site complaint inspection conducted on July 28, 2008 by staff from the Division of Drug and Alcohol Program Licensure. The findings of the on-site inspection are inconclusive. Therefore, SOAR, Corp. was found not to be out of compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility. No deficiencies were identified during this inspection and no plan of correction is required.
