This report is a result of a telephone complaint investigation conducted on August 4, 2014, by staff from the Division of Drug and Alcohol Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the complaint investigation, the allegations made against New Directions Treatment Services were unable to be substantiated. Therefore, no deficiencies were identified during this investigation and no plan of correction is required.
