This report is a result of an on-site recovery house complaint investigation conducted from 8/20/25 to 8/28/25 by staff from the Bureau of Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the on-site complaint investigation, RecoverU C1EJ6701 was found not to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code, Chapter 717, which pertains to the recovery house. Due to following provided technical assistance with DDAP Staff on site, no plan of correction is required at this time.
