This report is a result of an on-site licensure inspection conducted on January 6, 2010 by staff from the Division of Drug and Alcohol Program Licensure. This inspection was required prior to the physical relocation of Soar Corp. Based on the findings of the on-site inspection, Soar Corp was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility. Therefore, no deficiencies were identified during this inspection and no plan of correction is required.
