Based on an investigation of submitted evidence, and review of personnel policy the recovery house failed to treat residents with respect and dignity by communicating with foul language and not following the rules of conduct outlined in the personnel management.

Plan of Correction Statement
The event for this incident did occur as described. As part of the corrective action plan, I will complete formal training in Professional Boundaries and Effective Communication within 30 days. Certificates of completion will be forwarded to DDAP staff for verification.
To prevent this from reoccurring, I will implement the following measures:
- Consistently monitor and regulate my tone and mood when interacting with residents to ensure all communication is respectful and aligned with DDAP standards.
- Maintain professional boundaries.
- Seek supervision or consultation proactively if I recognize signs of frustration.
- Engage in ongoing self-assessment to reinforce professional conduct and ensure adherence to written policies and procedures |
