Based on a Revisit to a Medicare/Medicaid Recertification Survey completed on May 24, 2023, it was determined that Little Flower Manor - A, B, C Wings and the Chapel were in substantial compliance with the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing Nursing health care occupancy. Compliance with the National Fire Protection Association's Life Safety Code is required by 42 CFR 483.90(a).

This is a one-story, Type V (000), unprotected wood frame construction, with a basement, which is fully sprinklered.
