INITIAL COMMENTS
 
This report is a result of a complaint investigation conducted on September 15, 2014 by staff from the Program Licensure Division. Based on the findings of the complaint investigation, the allegations against Eagleville Hospital were unable to be substantiated. Therefore, no deficiencies were identified during this investigation and no plan of correction is required.
