INITIAL COMMENTS
 
A follow-up survey conducted on January 7, 2010 found Eagleville Hospital had corrected the deficiencies cited under chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility. The deficiencies were cited as a result of an on-site annual survey conducted on July 13, 2009 through July 16, 2009.
