This report is a result of an initial on-site inspection for the approval to use a narcotic agent, specifically methadone, in the treatment of narcotic addiction. This inspection was conducted on July 8, 2008 by staff of the Division of Drug and Alcohol Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the on-site inspection, Habit OPCO, Inc. - Allentown was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility. Therefore, no deficiencies were identified during this inspection and no plan of correction is required.
Since this was the initial inspection conducted, not all regulations were reviewed. During future inspections, all regulations will be reviewed for compliance.
Approval to provide narcotic addiction treatment is contingent upon final approval from the Division of Drug and Alcohol Program Licensure, the Drug Enforcement Administration and the Center for Substance Abuse Treatment.
