This report is a result of an application for a new activity for North Philadelphia Heath System dba The Behavioral Wellness Center at Girard ( mobile assessment unit) that was approved.
The review was completed on December 7, 2021 by staff from the Bureau of Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the application review, North Philadelphia Heath System dba The Behavioral Wellness Center at Girard was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility. Therefore, no deficiencies were identified during this application review and no plan of correction is required.
Since this was the initial review conducted, not all regulations were reviewed. During future inspections, all regulations will be reviewed for compliance.
