This report is a result of an on-site complaint investigation conducted on August 24, 2018 by staff from the Division of Drug and Alcohol Program staff. Based on the findings of the on-site inspection, Gaudenzia DRC, Inc. was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility. No deficiencies were identified, therefore no corrective action is required at this time.
