INITIAL COMMENTS
 
This report is a result of an on-site inspection to this facility following the reported admittance of its first patients. The inspection was conducted on April 16, 2009 by staff from the Division of Drug and Alcohol Program Licensure. Based on the findings of this on-site inspection, Mirmont Treatment Center was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility.
