This report is a result of an on-site physical plant inspection conducted on September 20, 2024, by staff from the Bureau of Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the on-site inspection, Conewago - Pottsville was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility. Therefore, no deficiencies were identified during this inspection and no plan of correction is required.
This was only a physical plant inspection conducted as a result of a capacity increase requested by the facility to add six additional beds. Not all regulations were reviewed. During future inspections, all regulations will be reviewed for compliance.
