This report is a result of an on-site physical plant inspection for a capacity increase and relocation request conducted on October 26, 2021 by staff from the Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs, Bureau of Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the on-site inspection, Eagleville Hospital was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility, specifically 28 Pa. Code Subsection 705.1. Therefore, no deficiencies were identified during this inspection and no plan of correction is required.
Since this is a physical plant inspection regarding a facility relocation, not all regulations were reviewed. During future inspections, all regulations will be reviewed for compliance.
