This report is a result of a presurvey review process to add the Outpatient Drug Free activity to an existing methadone maintenance treatment facility. The presurvey review was completed on December 12, 2013 by staff from the Division of Drug and Alcohol Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the presurvey review process Habit OPCO was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the addition of an Outpatient Drug Free treatment activity to the existing methadone maintenance treatment facility.
Since this was the presurvey process, not all regulations were reviewed. During future inspections, all regulations will be reviewed for compliance.
