Based on a Revisit to a Medicare/Medicaid Recertification Survey conducted on March 6, 2023, it was determined that St. Joseph's Manor - 1936 Building was in substantial compliance with the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing Nursing health care occupancy. Compliance with the National Fire Protection Association's Life Safety Code is required by 42 CFR 483.90(a).

This is a four-story, Type III (211), protected ordinary construction, with unused attic spaces, which is fully sprinklered
