Based on a Revisit to a Medicare/Medicaid Recertification Survey completed on August 23, 2023, it was determined that Simpson House was in substantial compliance with the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing Nursing health care occupancy. Compliance with the National Fire Protection Association's Life Safety Code is required by 42 CFR 483.70(a).

This is a four-story, Type II (000), unprotected non-combustible construction, with a basement, which is fully sprinklered.

This is a two-story, Type II (000), unprotected non-combustible construction , which is fully sprinklered.
