Based on two Occupancy Surveys completed on January 25, 2022, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing health care occupancy.

These occupancy surveys were conducted for the following:

1. Alterations on the ground floor to renovate a majority of the existing imaging suite. This Phase 5 inspection included Imaging Rooms: GR-027, GR-028, GR-029, Dressing Rooms: GR-029A, GR-026A Toilet Rooms: GR-029A1, GR-026A1, Changing Room GR-04, and Patient Toilet GR-004A. Refer to Drawing Index Numbers: H-22-1184, H-23-0120, H-23-0123, and H-23-1077.

2. Alterations to make door hardware and security improvements to various openings throughout the hospital. Refer to Drawing Index Numbers H-22-0414 and H-23-0292.

This is a four-story, Type II (222), fire resistive building, with a basement, that is partially sprinklered.
