Initial Comments:Based on the findings of an unannounced, onsite Medicare recertification survey conducted March 3 through March 7, 2025, Traditional Home Health Care was found to be in compliance with the requirements of 42 CFR, Part 484.22, Subpart B, Conditions of Participation: Home Health Agencies-Emergency Preparedness. The Medicare recertification survey was conducted onsite at the Dunmore parent office on March 3, 4, 6 and 7, 2025, at the East Stroudsburg branch office on March 4, 2025, at the Berwick branch office on March 5, 2025 and at the Dunmore branch office on March 6, 2025.
