Initial Comments:Based on the findings of an offsite follow-up survey completed 04/23/2026, Visiting Nurse Association of Erie County had corrected the deficiency cited under 42 CFR, Part 484, Subparts B and C, Conditions of Participation: Home Health Agencies. The deficiency was cited as a result of a Medicare recertification and State licensure survey completed 02/27/2026.
