Initial Comments:
Based on the findings of an offsite follow up survey completed on May 19, 2026, Aurora Home Care, Inc. had corrected the deficiencies cited under PA Code, Title 28, Health and Safety, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart H, Chapter 611, Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiencies were cited as a result of an unannounced onsite survey completed on March 17, 2026.
