Based on two Occupancy Surveys completed on March 12, 2024, it was determined that there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing health care occupancy.
These Occupancy Surveys were conducted for the following:
1. This Final Inspection is for alterations on the First Floor to convert an existing rated file storage room to a Dry Storage Room that supports the dietary department. Refer to Drawing Index Number H-23-1050.
2. This Final Inspection is for alterations on the First Floor to change the use of an office to a visitor pantry and a change of use on the Fifth Floor from an office to an additional clean supply room in a nursing unit. Refer to Drawing Index Number H-23-0769.
This is a five-story, Type II (222), fire resistive building, with a basement, that is partially sprinklered.
