Main Building
Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on February 28, 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing hospital health care occupancy.
This Phase III (of IV) occupancy survey was conducted for alterations to Nuclear Medicine support spaces, X-Ray 3 and 4, and X-Ray tech spaces and includes two restrooms.
Refer to Drawing Number H-22-0207, H-22-1209, H-23-0306 and H-23-0146.
This is a five story, Type II (222), fire resistive building, that is fully sprinklered.
