Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on March 11, 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing health care occupancy.
This Phase I Occupancy Survey was conducted for Inpatient Pharmacy Renovations (Temporary Changing Rooms and Storage). Refer to Drawing Number H-23-1081.
This is a seven story, Type II (222), fire resistive building, that is fully sprinklered.
