Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on April 30, 2026, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing health care occupancy.
This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to replace 2 air handlers in the basement of the hospital. Both existing air handlers were destroyed by flooding in the basement. Refer to Drawing Index Number: H-25-0911.
This is a thirteen-story, Type II (222), fire resistive building, with a basement and sub-basement, that is fully sprinklered.
